LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT
Spontaneous Self-Candidatures:
- archiving profiles potentially useful forpossible future research and personnelselection. Candidates:
- processing, including any necessaryprocessing of Special Data, and thenecessary communication to Recipientsinvolved in the processing;
- also through subjects who carry outprofessional services of research andselection of personnel; Legal basis ofTreatment:
- Consent (manifested in curriculumvitae);
- Execution of pre-contractualmeasures (personal selection).
PERIOD OF DATA RETENTION
- Duration for a strictly necessary periodup to the first useful recruitment andselection procedure.
- Duration for a period strictly necessaryfor the correct and completemanagement of the personnel searchand selection procedure.
Once the above terms of retention haveexpired, the Data will be destroyed, erased or made anonymous, inaccordance with the technicalprocedures for erasure and backup, unless national or EU law provides forthe retention of the Data.
DATA RECIPIENTS
The data may also be processed, onbehalf of the Company, by externalparties designated as managers, towhom adequate operating instructionsare given. These subjects are essentiallyincluded in the following categories:
Italy:
a. Subjects that carry out professionalservices of search and selection of thestaff;
b. Subjects that provide professionalconsulting services also in associatedform;
c. Subjects that offer IT, ICT, Cloud, Web and Digital Marketing services;
d. Subjects offering paper, digital andsubstitute storage services;
e. Subjects that offer traditional andautomated mail services.
OBLIGATORY PROVISION OF DATA
The provision of data and processing aremandatory as it is a necessaryrequirement for the procedure ofrecruitment and selection of personnel, sothe failure, partial or incorrect provision ofsuch data, makes it impossible to managethe same recruitment procedure.
SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED TO THETREATMENT
The data may be processed by theemployees and collaborators of thecompany functions, including therecipients of the communications, appointed to pursue the abovepurposes, who have been expresslyauthorised to process the data, whohave received adequate operatinginstructions and who have beenadequately sensitised and trained(internal subjects).
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TOCOUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEANUNION
Data cannot be transferred abroad tonon-European countries. A copy of thedata can be obtained according to themethods described in the followingsection "RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTEDPARTIES - WE RECALL TO THEAUTHORITY OF CONTROL".
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT -COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORYAUTHORITY
By contacting us by e-mail atprivacy@signorprestito. it, Interestedparties may ask the Data Controller foraccess to the data concerning them, their deletion (unless national or EU lawprovides for the retention of such data), the rectification of inaccurate data, theintegration of incomplete data, thelimitation of processing in the casesprovided for in Art. 18 GDPR, and theopposition to processing in cases oflegitimate interest to the DataController.
Furthermore, if the processing is basedon consent or contract and is carriedout by automated means, the datasubjects have the right to receive thedata in a structured format, commonlyused and readable by automatic means, as well as, if technically feasible, totransmit them (Right to Portability) toanother holder without hindrance, andat their choice to requestsimultaneously or subsequently its finaldeletion (Right to Oblivion).
Data subjects shall have the right tolodge a complaint with the competentsupervisory authority in the MemberState where they habitually reside orwork or in the Member State where thealleged infringement has occurred.
