Posizione

As an IT support specialist you will be responsible for:


  • Management and hardware & software of PCs, Servers and resolution of technical problems
  • Preparation of new workstations and work tools for internal employees (PCs, utilities, telephones)
  • Laptop and smartphone management using Endpoint Manager and MDM tools
  • Management of the VoIP system telephone switchboard (creation of extensions, creation of queues)
  • Configuration and maintenance of computer peripherals
  • Basic management of Windows server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 - Active Directory domain (user / group / policy creation) - Azure AD
  • Drafting documentation for internal use by the team and/or for the end user

Requisiti

We would like you to have the following requirements:


  • +5 years of experience gained in the same role
  • Excellent knowledge of the main operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of networking aspects (switches, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and flexibility
  • Teamworking skills
  • Availability to work on shifts (9:00 - 21:00)

The following skills will be considered a plus:


  • Knowledge of the Atlassian Jira suite
  • Product knowledge Ivanti Endpoint Manager and Ivanti Neurons
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework
