Our outsourced services have also expanded to include payment management, sales and marketing services. We’re currently looking for a HR MANAGER for our Tirana Site to join our successful team.



Posizione

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Develop identifying strategies and researching issues related to Human Resources
  • Establish goals in line with organizational goals
  • Implement human resources strategies
  • Develop and monitor processes and procedures towards human resources
  • Manage the business reorganization process
  • Manage trade union relations
  • Manage relationships with consulting firms
  • Defines management policies he introduction of performance appraisal systems, the introduction of compensation and benefit systems
  • and processes and talent development
  • Supervise all operational aspects with coordination of the reference HR team
  • Collaborate with other global group locations to align on initiative

Requisiti
