What will you do
● Supporting customers, identifying and escalating issues as needed, and
working with them to ensure the data is of the highest quality.
● Customer support includes user and customer satisfaction.
● Identifying problems quickly, reacting, and escalating accordingly.
What do you need
● Native speaker
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Independent and able to complete assignments with little supervision but also
a team player when needed.
● Able to work well under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
● Creative thinking, a quick learner of new fields of activity and technological
tools.
● Experience in the construction industry or alternatively experience from a
high-tech company - a great advantage.
Salary Range: 80,000-85,000 $
