Lavoro della Coppia di Domestici in Convivenza


In quanto Coppia di Domestici Convivente, il ruolo include:


Servizio Maggiordomo - Front of House:

  • Responsabile di tutti i compiti di servizio quali colazione, pranzo e cena.
  • Servizio al tavolo formale, silver service, informale ma pulito ed elegante
  • Allestimento tavoli (mise-en-place) a standard formali, informali familiari, secondo le esigenze quotidiane
  • Gestione e cura dell'argenteria, della cristalleria, delle stoviglie e della dispensa del maggiordomo
  • Collaborare con la cucina
  • Responsabilità dell’accoglienza degli ospiti, cura dell'area degli ospiti e delle loro esigenze personali
  • Lavori domestici delle pertinenze esterne alla residenza quali cura dell'area della piscina, pulizia giardino, pulizia i sentieri, sistemazione arredi da giardino
  • Gestione impianti allarme, elettrico, termico
  • Uso della divisa e guanti bianchi, forniti dalla famiglia, in accordo alle esigenze quotidiane;
  • Accoglienza ospiti, gestione imprese esterne, fornitori e manutentori;
  • Eventuali altre mansioni richieste dalla famiglia
  • Gestione e cura cane media taglia


Collaboratrice Domestica - Cuoca

  • Responsabile di tutti i compiti di servizio quali colazione, pranzo e cena.
  • Servizio al tavolo informale ma pulito ed elegante
  • Allestimento tavoli (mise-en-place) a standard formali, informali familiari, secondo le esigenze quotidiane
  • Gestione e cura dell'argenteria, della cristalleria, delle stoviglie
  • Responsabile della preparazione di pasti per la famiglia
  • Gestione cene occasionali con ospiti
  • Ottima esperienza per una cucina italiana in stile familiare con ingredienti sani e freschi

Deve essere in grado di essere flessibile e gestire i cambiamenti dell'ultimo minuto comunicati dalla famiglia.

Alla Coppia di Domestici verra’ assegnato un alloggio privato indipendente all’interno della proprietà della famiglia.

  • Lunedì - Sabato
  • Sabato pomeriggio e Domenica Riposo
  • È richiesto che alcune volte il riposo sia usufruito separatamente.
  • È richiesta massima flessibilità per cambio giorni di riposo

La Coppia di Domestici deve parlare un buon livello di Italiano. È richiesta la lingua inglese fluente o il tedesco.



Requisiti Indispensabili


È indispensabile la Patente B, esperienza nella guida.


È indispensabile precedente esperienza in famiglie di alto livello e referenze verificabili.

La data di inizio non è fissata, ma è richiesto che la Coppia di Domestici Selezionata sia disponibile al più presto.
