For an industrial group we are seeking an Operations Manager.

Scope of the role:

Drive the complete integration of the Company into the Group Organization process, focusing on achieving the objectives set by the Headquarter.

Main responsibility:

• Integration Process
• Ensure achievement of Plant Profit & Loss targets
• Develop cost-reduction plans
• Ensure performance Targets are met
• Manage Logistic Costs & Working Capital
• Assume full EHS Plant responsibility
• Ensure achievemnet of Quality targets
• Implement a Continuous Improvement mindset throug out the entire Organization
• Drive the Plant's yearly Budgeting process and definition according to the targets defined by the HQ

Main Skills:

• Consolidated experience in the role of Operations Manager for industrial groups
• Degree in Engineering
• Fluent in English
• SAP System proficienty
• Plastic Moulding expertise
