Our client is an important company operating in the mold sector, which has instructed us to select a Digital Application Specialist.

Purpose of the role

Within Corporate and OSS there are multiple Digital applications which are supporting business processes. These applications are configured, customized and enhanced with developments for best fit of our processes. (E.g. MS Dynamics CRM, Talend, Tagetik, Concur and other custom solutions)

The position ensures that best in class business applications and business processes are defined, implemented and continuously improved in accordance to business requirements and in collaboration with other IT teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build & Run Business Applications
• Build up and actively maintain knowledge of all relevant application
• Ensure Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Coordinate with community of key-users within organization
• Coordinate external IT partners
• Manage a multi-project environment
• Collaborate in the definition of applications roadmap with direct report

Willing to get trained on latest technologies in use by IT organization, open to innovation

• Business process owners
• IT functional experts (Infrastructure, service management, BRM, etc.)
• Other IT Applications members
• Third parties

• Bachelor’s in applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or similar
• Min 3-5 years’ experience in IT Application area
• International experience would be a plus
• Effectively using interpersonal and communication skills
• Effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
• Acting as inhouse consultant, advising departments in relation to diverse topics in a fast-pace environment
