For our Client, a Global Financial Services firm headquartered in Madrid, which operates in a variety of alternative Asset classes; we are seeking to hire the following profile:

&

OFFICE MANAGER


Posizione

The best Candidate is a high-energy team player, with an ability to thrive in remote settings. He / She has at least 1 / 2 years of experience in a similar role, and will have the following main duties and responsibilities:

  • Organize events with Clients and Prospects in Milan and other Italian locations.
  • Produce Reports and create Presentations or translate Marketing material produced in Spain (in English) into Italian language for Italian Investors.
  • Prepare Marketing Communications and liaise with Investors.
  • Help with LinkedIn account for Italy.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Organize the Office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Coordinate with Finance Team invoice payments and expense settlements.
  • Create and update CRM records.



Requisiti

The successful Candidate will be highly organized and methodical person, with exceptional attention to detail, problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbal. He / She has a bachelor's degree, additional qualifications as Administrative Assistant or similar will be a plus.


He / She should also have strong knowledge of Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and has some experience with CRM Dynamics 365.


Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
