We are a Startup Studio focused on creating new startups in series. We are founders, investors and serial entrepreneurs, passionate about open innovation, lean startup fanatics, experts in cloud technologies, user experience and digital marketing professionals.

Posizione

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with strong project management skills to structure the HR Operations Department and help us effectively support all our teams and startups we create in series, covering employee experience, talent attraction, people operations and more.

Being in a flexible and fast-changing environment, you will play a critical role in taking strategic choices and will feel the impact of these choices right away, having the opportunity to actively participate to the success of our startups and achievement of our mission.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the set up of our operating team in Startup Bakery across all departments, as well support and build the teams for all the startups we create in series.
  • Own the development and identification of new strategies to attract and support the best candidates from startup co-founders to engineering, sales and more.
  • Help with all areas of people operations such as performance management and employee engagement.
  • Ensure we have an inclusive culture where the best people want to work.
  • Own our onboarding, retention and welfare programs.
  • Work in liaison with local teams, co-founders and advisors to identify needs and provide solutions to improve existing processes and set up new hiring strategies.

Requisiti

Must have:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (preferably gained in startup organisations)
  • Experienced in complex cross functions project management roles
  • Experience with main HR functions and best practices
  • Familiarity with major digital recruitment platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills
  • Open minded, multicultural approach and adaptable to change
  • Proactivity and willingness to experiment with curiosity
  • Fluent English

Bonus points:

  • Up to 1 year of experience in a startup environment will be considered a strong plus
  • Experience with ATS software
  • Familiarity with Linkedin Recruiter Lite
