The launch of the sr1 collection, was the first step of a new beginning for the Company, took inspiration from the Sergio Rossi historical archive. It was first presented in Milan for the Spring Summer 2017 Collection, with the focus shifting from evening to daywear. The product is timeless and embodies the elegance, needs and passions of a dynamic, sophisticated woman that doesn’t take herself too seriously.

The Company will continue fostering the craftsmanship culture at the facility in San Mauro Pascoli, where 120 craft professionals pass on their expertise through the generations. Main roles performed in the Company refers to Design, Merchandising, Communication & Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistic, IT and Commercial (Retail, Wholesale, e-comm) areas on top of the Ladies Shoes Production technicians and artisans activities and the direct retail store positions.

Position

MISSION

Sergio Rossi is seeking a passionate and spirited Sales Assistant to join our team.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant is responsible for providing and excellent and professional customer experience. He/she will be a brand ambassador of Sergio Rossi by sharing and adapting the history and values of the brand, with the outcome of maximizing sales.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
  • Meet or exceed store, category and individual sales goals.
  • Adhere to all Top Store Guidelines.
  • Welcome, approach and engage all clients (local and international) and support the team in building and inviting enviorment.
  • Offer an outstanding client experience, by providing a customized service following the Sergio Rossi Selling Ceremony.  
  • Create a customized relationship with each client in order build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients concerns, inquiries; maintain customer correspondence to build clientele, enhance relationships and drive business.
  • Assist in managing store operational activities which include but are not limited to, cash desk, deliveries, transfers, inventory, cycle counts, etc.
  • Manage client experience, pre/post sales, which include but are not limited to repairs, special orders, returns, complaints, etc. in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow all store and Company guidelines and policies and procedures.
  • Participate in necessary stocking/restocking of the store
  • Proficient and accurate use of POS system and other software as required, updating customer database
  • Obtain product knowledge, company information and history with sr Academy, keep up-to-date with company news, be familiar with the competition
  • Maintain a professional appearance and follow Sergio Rossi dress code, grooming, and uniform standards
  • Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned
  • May have responsibility for opening/closing the store as needed, including morning team meeting.
  • Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate and management
  • Must maintain open/ongoing communication and positive relationship with store management, peers and other levels of company personnel
  • Be a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately at all times
  • Participate in the training of new Sales Assistants (product knowledge, store procedures, company policies, etc.)
  • Participate and prepare for monthly team meetings
  • Adhere to loss prevention standards

Requirements

  • 2 years luxury retail experience preferred
  • Sales results driven
  • Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Computer literacy a must
  • Be fashion-forward, and have a passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry
  • Be a team player; pro-active attitude
  • Ability to lift boxes/weights up to 10 lbs
  • Ability to speak a foreign languages a plus: Mandarin or Spanish preferred
