LANVIN GROUP, the leading global luxury fashion group of Fosun, headquartered in Shanghai (CN), managing iconic brands worldwide including Lanvin, Sergio Rossi, Wolford, St. John Knits, and Caruso, is looking for a RETAIL IT PROJECT MANAGER to be based in Milan (ITA).

Posizione

The ideal Candidate will be part of the Europe IT Team within Omnichannel Division and, reporting directly to the LVG EU IT Director, he/she will be involved in the following activities:

- manage retail projects and run group’s stores;

- be the IT referent for Lanvin Group's store projects

- support the business in formalizing its requests for changes and maintenance of store projects (Mobility, cashiering software, store back office, Omnichannel integration, digital in store, after sales service, etc. ...);

- gather business needs, validate technical feasibility and analyze impacts;

- write framework notes, specifications and functional specifications;

- act as an interface with the editor, the business and the IT domains;

- challenge the costings and proposals of the Editor, arbitrate and prioritize;

- validate the coherence of proposed solutions, analyze the risks;

- explain and frame the proposals to the business and users;

- manage the process of functional acceptance and production launch;

- define and carry out the test plans;

- write user-oriented documentation and communicate;

- ensure the reporting of project performance and follow-up of post M2P anomalies;

- be the contact for the distribution networks (France, Germany, Italy and China) and support the teams in the change process;

- lead the governance of the perimeter for which you are responsible (Project Roadmap) with the Editor and with the business lines

Requisiti

- University graduated (IT or Engineering)

- more than 5 years of project management experience in the retail ideally in Luxury retail world

- Strong interest in the Retail sector and commerce in general

- Writing of documents (expression of needs, specification documentation, user documentation etc…)

- Project management approach

- Methodology and execution of functional test plans

- Professional command of the English language and knowledge of Chinese/French/Italian/German will be a plus
