The launch of the sr1 collection, was the first step of a new beginning for the Company, took inspiration from the Sergio Rossi historical archive. It was first presented in Milan for the Spring Summer 2017 Collection, with the focus shifting from evening to daywear. We are looking for a brilliant newly graduate in Law willing to have an experience in our HQ Legal Department in Milan, on how to draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, protect our intellectual property and other Corporate Affairs activities.

Main Activities & Topics of Learnings:

• Assist with drafting and revising of different kinds of business Legal documentation
• Assist in management of relevant IP issues
• Supporting in the management of ordinary and extraordinary Corporate Affairs duties (e.g. Board of Directors' meeting and document preparations; preparation of minutes; follow up of legal and corporate obligations based on meetings' resolutions; filing of corporate documentation)
• Monitoring of Italian commercial legislation updates
