Today Sergio Rossi has 560 employees, 330 of whom are based in Italy in the Milan Head Quarter, the Factory Plant in San Mauro Pascoli and the directly owned boutiques. Regional offices are established in APAC (Hong Kong and Shanghai) and Japan (Tokyo) alongside the Retail direct network in those countries. Main roles performed in the Company refers to Design, Merchandising, Communication & Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistic, IT and Commercial (Retail, Wholesale, e-comm) areas on top of the Ladies Shoes Production technicians and artisans activities and the direct retail store positions.

Sergio Rossi, within its Finance Department, based in San Mauro Pascoli (FC), is searching for an Internal Auditor.

The ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Group CFO, will be in charge of the identification of Internal Control System deficiencies supporting the Business in the understanding of their impact and suggesting solutions and areas of improvement. The candidate will play a crucial role in assessing the adequacy and functionality of the Internal Control System across all Group functions.

He/she will be involved in the following main activities:

• Support the Group Financial Controller in managing the relationship with the Auditors
• Internal audit (reporting directly to the Group CFO)
• Analise and map all the company processes in order to propose improvements at all levels
• Perform controls on the effectiveness of the internal control procedures
• Conduct assessments of the most relevant business process to be sure that all relevant risks are managed and addressed.
• Propose action plans and related follow up for the eventual risks emerged during the assessments
• Support Controlling team in the monthly reporting activities
• Other activities requested ad hoc

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting)
• At least 2 years’ experience auditing as external auditor – mandatory;
• Background of experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is a plus;
• Experience in working on a SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley regulation) compliant company is considered a strong plus
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication, proactiveness, ability to positively relate at all levels
• Good knowledge of Office Package and most common ERPs
