Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for an HR Generalist Intern for our HQ in Milan (MI).

The ideal candidate will join the Sergio Rossi Corporate HR Department to learn and support the HR Mgr to manage HQ Corporate office teams and Retail Europe activities or projects mainly regarding: operational activities related to Company yearly processes and projects (e.g. Performance Appraisal Process / Company Induction / Internal Communication/Salary Review …) recruitment of junior/retail staff (profile definition, job posting, resumes’ screening using the HR recruitment tool and the main job boards, job interviews organisation, …) administration activities (contracts, external payroll checks, database management) HR reporting activities Special projects and initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or equivalent Master Excellent command of the Italian and English languages, good knowledge of French will be a plus Good knowledge of all MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point Strong relational skills, proactiveness and passion for business Confidentiality, flexibility, attention to details, multi-cultural approach Interest in luxury goods industry and passion for the Brand
