Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for General Manager Mainland China to be based in Shanghai.

Position

The ideal candidate will be commercial orientedperson and good experiences in luxury fashion industries reporting directly to the President of APAC and he/she will be involved in the following main activities:



·As the business reader and representative in Sergio Rossi Mainland China, responsible for Retail business including outlet and the online business such as Tmall and other platforms to manage the sales and the profits (P&L) to be met with expecting budget and target.


·Producing for local business plan to be aligned with the managements to share the clear the short, middle and long term vision to improve and development the regional business and execute the action plan.


·Creating for retail store development plan for the both of new opening and closing with the priority and sales/P&L evolutions by reviewing of each market, city, mall, landlord and store’s potential and possibilities whether the project meet company’s expectations and contribute to the business growth of the region.


·Establishment for the regional best online platforms with the best environments and manage 360 client journey with key focus on high end targets todelivery luxury experience and recruit new customers in the strong cooperation and collaboration with operating partners to realize the strong growth year by year to become one big pillar of the regional business (expecting platforms: Tmall /JD / Red / WeChat Mini Program / TikTok).


·Creating on the regional media/marketing plan to support and execute the business plan by making a guidance for the head of marketing and team to make effective, productive and qualitative action plans to be met with the brand and regional direction while strongly controlling for the committed budget investments.


·Enhancing company culture and coaching leadership team towards becoming true business partners and setup the strong regisonal organization while considering for the functions with the priority and evaluate the team properly to realize and execute the business plan toward the regional goal.


·Producing the additional business action plan creatively and flexibly using by local resources and opportunities for the both online and offline in order to the sales/P&L trend to be met with the budget and target.



·Having a responsible for regional (Mainland China) P&L and cost/expenses and managing with the finance BP and team considering for the business trend, income/outcome status and cash flow position/forecast to be met with the budget and forecast (revision) plan.


·Collaborating with HR BP and team to analyze/review the staff efficiency and productivity in function and per store level to fine and define the best operation. Coordinating for the incentive programs to improve the sales together with HR and Retail operation proactively.


·Supervising for IT/Logistic function and communication in order to the priority and importance for affecting the dairy business operation with President of APAC and HQ.



·Enhancing company culture and coaching leadership team towards becoming true business partners and setup the strong regisonal organization while considering for the functions with the priority and evaluate the team properly to realize and execute the business plan toward the regional goal.

Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree.

·At least more than 10 years of experience as the regional managements in luxury retail industries.

·Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken) and local language (Chinese).
