Sergio Rossi, within its Finance Department, based in San Mauro Pascoli (FC), is searching for a Financial Controller.

The ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Group Controller, will support the Finance Department in the supervision and coordination of Reporting Units, dealing with all the financial and management analysis related to the function and necessary for the preparation of the internal reporting, statutory financial statements and tax obligations.

With reference to assigned Reporting Units, he/she will be involved in the following main activities:

• Support in managing the process of Forecast and Budget
• Participation to the preparation of the three-year plan
• Gross Margin analysis
• Preparation of sales report
• Preparation and analysis of monthly P&L
• Treasury and Cash Flow analysis
• Support the Group Financial Controller in managing the relationship with the Auditors
• Be the “first-level” contact for external consultants to manage tax and local compliance issues
• Internal audit (reporting directly to the Group CFO)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting)
• At least 4 years experience in controlling and auditing;
• Background of experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is a plus;
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication, proactiveness, ability to positively relate at all levels
• Good knowledge of Office Package and most common ERPs
