Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951, part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is looking for a City Manager for our Sergio Rossi Stores based in MIlan.

Posizione

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and charismatic City Manager who wishes to be part of our team. He/She will report directly to the EMEA Retail Manager and he/she will guarantee the supervision of all boutiques and corner stores in Milan.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Have a strategic approach focused on tracking and improving business data and performances, adressing issues in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop business strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance. Inspire and motivate the teams, making sure they will be always involved and updated
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff. Set clear goals & expectations, keeping people accountable and willing to raise the bar
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Ensure development and management of CRM activities, leading by example in develop local and international client’s network with a proactive outreach
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share, plus reports on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities

Requisiti

  • Minimum of 2 years in SM position or 5/6 years as Assistant in a top retail brand
  • Result-oriented with a good eye for details
  • Business mindset and strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Proven ability in managing people
  • Team player and strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and proactive approach
  • Strong experience in store operation and customer service
  • Proficient in English
