Ensure the implementation of policies, strategies for parts and services activities.
Ensure the achievement of after-sales goals by implementing an approved national strategic plan acting with a double responsibilities:
- Aftersales Area manager Coordination
- Aftersales Area manager activities for the assigned area (North Italy)
- Act as key contact between Renault Trucks market company and network regarding customer relations, spare parts & service
Spare Parts activities
Act as Aftersales Area Manager for the area assigned, by:
- Supervising of Network animation on spare parts sales
- Negotiating sales target with dealers (final decisions at hub level)
- Defining Action plans with dealers linked to parts business (incl. incentives & discount)
- Implementing marketing/ commercial plans
- Defining training needs
Service activities:
- Supervision of Network animation related to service (workshop & warehouse) activities
- Customer care (e.g.: active reception) ,Service quality
- Service efficiency & productivity (using DMS tool, methods, Workshop & Warehouse organization, etc)
- Business (marketing action dedicated to W&W, etc)
- Build & animate Service action plans
- Negotiate Service target with dealers
- Follow up action plans on customer satisfaction and complaints based on KPI
- Define training needs
- On requests (from warranty contact), consulted on goodwill claims, involved on warranty audits
- Support roll out of tools upgrade and new projects
- Prepare & secure operational plans (PO, BPR, etc) and action plans with the field force
