Position Purpose:

According to the markets and the Plants instructions, the incumbent is in charge to plan and execute all the EMEA planning processes, on a weekly and/or monthly basis, for the following areas and activities: Supply Planning with direct interface with Replenishment, Demand, Material Planning.

Key Accountabilities:

Based on manager instructions and the specific scope defined, the incumbent manages not only the Supply planning activities for the specific plants but moreover supports all the Regional activities. He/she executes the analysis and operative activities related to the Supply planning for Europe, S&OP, KPIs monitoring, RCA, and NPI-PIPO execution, Product review and SLOB Analysis.

On top of the daily activities listed above, the Supply Planner also supports in strategical projects within S&OP and Operations.

Competencies/Skills:

· Degree in Engineering or equivalent

· Experience in similar role 1 /5 years

· Be able to work under pressure

· Excellent communication skills, effective inter-personal skills, the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels and flexibility.

· Analytical thinking to define the “best” solution cross the supply process chain

· Microsoft Office: High competence level in Excel.

· SAP Knowledge

· Very good English

· Experience in a Factory is a Plus
