We are looking for a motivated, experienced and passionate individual to join our team!

You will be working on a team of highly skilled professionals responsible of day-to-day operations and overseeing multiple projects delivering IT infrastructure and IT Security to internal clients.

The successful candidate must partner effectively with the internal Technology teams distributed on various locations as well as with our business partners.

Activities include (but are not limited to):

• Lead in planning, designing and implementing major changes to the infrastructure, including datacenter refresh/ consolidation initiatives, system upgrades, migrations, outages and disaster recovery operations;
• Support development and implementation of new technologies within a complex systems environment by advising on design concepts and changes, implementation strategies and deployment timelines;
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues;
• Proactively manage and maintain server and network infrastructures with an eye to ensuring high availability, scalability and performance of critical services;
• Administer and support core Microsoft and Cisco technologies;
• Design and implement monitoring solutions;
• Define and document best practices and support procedures;
• Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance;
• Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation;
• Assist with hardware and software vendor evaluation and management;
• Interact with customers and colleagues from other teams and Business Units at both technical and business level, both in Italian and English, as required.
• Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies;

• 7+ years experience in systems and networks management with an emphasis in implementing and supporting Windows Server environments and network infrastructures;
• Established and proven experience working with Active Directory (and associated services), Azure AD and Federation Services;
• Established and proven experience providing WAN & LAN support in diverse environments;
• LAN Routing and Switching design, configuration and troubleshooting (QoS, VLANs, IP Subnetting, etc.);
• Strong understanding of network protocols and Network Security (IP, OSPF, BGP, RIP, IPSec, firewalls);
• Good understanding of IT Security concepts and solutions (vulnerability analysis, malware threats management, backup and recovery, monitoring, authentication mechanisms, PKI, cryptography);
• Strong communication and documentation skills;
• Able to adapt and react quickly in a rapidly changing environment;
• Must be organized and have the ability to manage initiatives of varying length;
• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated and able to work autonomously;
• Fluent in English.

Skills / Achievements that add value:

• Microsoft or Cisco certified;
• Programming / Shell scripting experience;
• Exposure to IdM/IaM tools such as Auth0, Okta, OneLogin;
• Good understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS deployment, configuration management and automation;
• Experience working with at least one monitoring / central logging tool (eg. Zabbix, New Relic, Nagios, Splunk etc.);
• Managing server virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere;
• Office 365 administration knowledge.
