  • analisi delle candidature

  • colloqui di selezione e individuazione dei candidati
  • gestione pratiche amministrative
  • contribuire alla gestione e pianificazione dei processi di formazione e all’analisi delle competenze

Requirements

La risorsa ideale possiede:


  • Interesse per il settore delle risorse umane
  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in materie umanistiche, economiche, giuridiche o in scienze della formazione o pregressa esperienza lavorativa nel settore risorse umane.
  • Capacità organizzative, di ascolto e di analisi

  • Spiccate doti relazionali
  • Conoscenza di tecniche e strumenti di rilevazione e valutazione delle competenze
