Position

L'obiettivo del customer service ti è garantire la piena soddisfazione dei clienti prima, durante e dopo l'acquisto dei prodotti o servizi, favorendone la fidelizzazione.

Le principali responsabilità del personale addetto al customer service sono:

  • Fornire ai clienti assistenza telefonica 
  • Ascoltare e comprendere i bisogni della clientela
  • Fornire informazioni dettagliate su prodotti e servizi, rispondere a domande e dubbi
  • Prendere in carico i ticket per le problematiche tecniche
  • Gestire i reclami
  • Raccogliere feedback e lamentele
  • Svolgere attività di back-office
  • Tenere uno storico dei problemi e delle segnalazioni gestite.

Requirements

Le principali competenze e caratteristiche personali che un addetto all'assistenza clienti deve possedere sono:

  • Competenza nel gestire le relazioni con i clienti e le richieste di informazioni
  • Forte orientamento al cliente
  • Attitudine alla comunicazione e ai rapporti interpersonali
  • Ottime doti di ascolto e problem solving
  • Capacità di mediazione
  • Capacità di gestione dello stress
  • Accuratezza ed affidabilità
  • Cortesia, pazienza, calma
  • Padronanza dei principali programmi informatici
  • Flessibilità, disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nel fine settimana.

Other information

Si offre assunzione part-time di 4 ore giornaliere distribuite su turni dal Luned' al Sabato.

Indennità mensile: 600 euro nette.
