Italdesign is looking for a dynamic, passionate Senior Software Developer to join our HMI team, realizing user interfaces for innovative prototypes and show cars.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of complex user interfaces with modern technologies. Join us directly into our exciting software development projects in the automotive field, where you will expect the following tasks:

• Assessment of customer requirements
• Design and implementation of modern multi-modal user interfaces
• Open cooperation in an agile development team

• 3-5 year’s of experience in the role
• Experience in object-oriented modeling
• Strong, proven experience with the programming language Java
• Experience in SW testing and debug techniques
• Base knowledge of SW project metrics, SW documentation and change management
• Good understanding of service oriented software architectures
• Preferred experience with OSGi, JavaFX, Android, Web technologies, C++, C#
• Good understanding of agile processes, e.g. Scrum
• Preferred experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, Maven, Gradle, Git, Jira

• Education: Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering
• Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian are required; knowledge of German would be appreciated
• Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel.
