Position

Italdesign is looking for a Senior Accountant who would be responsible for account receivables process, managing  a small team in a company organized by projects (organizzazione di lavoro “su commessa”).

 

Responsibilities

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Managing issue of invoices for Italian and foreign customers;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Managing of related VAT registers;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Guarantees the application of the correct tax rules;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Managing and analisys of custumers aging including first payment reminders;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Executing activities relating to the monthly and annual closing process following set up Group deadlines;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Ensuring a support for all the users and all other Departments, particularly with management accounts and controlling offices;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Entering data into the bookkeeping system;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Checking and analyzing data in order to solve eventual accounting discrepancies;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Managing customers communications both Group and Open Market side.

Requirements

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Proved knowledge of general ledger with focus on accounts receivables process;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Proved knowledge of tax rules with focus on VAT both for domestic and Intra/Extra UE transactions;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Prior experiences in international and organized Group would be appreciated;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Proved experience in managing and working in team;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Strong capability to dialogue with internal and external customers;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Strong knowledge of ERP logical (Oracle Application would be appreciated);

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->At least 5-7 year’s experience in the role.

Other information

·         Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Economics (Accounting, Financial Management and Control);

·         Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated

·         Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel.
