Italdesign is looking for an enthusiastic specialist in auditing activities with passion for automotive technologies and strong motivation to improve his/her own skills.

Within the Quality Management System organization and in collaboration with the colleagues currently in the Quality team, you will involve in auditing activities.

Responsibilities

• Auditing the plants of the company, according to the ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 standards and defined audit plan
• Auditing suppliers according to the VDA6.3 standard
• Supporting root cause analysis with the audited departments
• Preparation of documents to manage the audits
• Reporting audit activities and evaluation of results
• Monitoring the corrective actions’ progress in compliance with the defined planning

• Certification as an IATF16949 and VDA6.3 auditor
• Interview techniques and methodology for the analysis of root causes, risks and opportunities
• Mastery in the use of MS Office applications
• Accuracy, clarity and completeness in the preparation of audit results and document management
• Respect for ethical principles, confidentiality and objectivity
• Diplomacy and ability to interact at various levels of responsibility
• Autonomy and respect for deadlines
• At least 2 years of previous experience in auditing activities in automotive field

• Education: Master Degree in Management Engineering or similar education
• Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
