Italdesign is looking for an enthusiastic specialist in process optimization with passion for automotive technologies and strong motivation to improve his/her own skills.

Responsibilities

• The strategic task is institutionalizing a function to daily establish standards with the business units, optimize processes and drive lean methods in the company
• Operational excellence and quality standards enhancement and diffusion among BU
• Continuous Improvement of Methods and Standards
• Guarantee process optimization among BU/departments
• Support BU/departments in the achievement of assigned targets’ optimization
• Monitoring and supporting BU/departments in the process analysis, optimization and implementation
• Measuring and monitoring the increase of process performances
• Monitoring the standards maintenance
• Learning and teaching the lean principles

• At least 1-2 years of experience in designing and describing process, standards and rules
• Organization methods knowledge (waterfall, scrum, agile/lean approach)
• Statistics principles and methods knowledge
• Knowledge of Value Analysis process and techniques
• Knowledge of the main company Management Systems (QMS, ISMS)
• Experience in project management and process leading
• Strong analytical thinking /acting and problem solving attitude to effectively optimize processes
• Communication, negotiation and conflict management abilities.
• Excellent organization abilities to interface and coordinate at a different levels
• Stress management ability, to promptly solve problems and guarantee solutions

• Education: Management Engineering, Business Management or similar degree
• Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
• Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and willingness to travel.
