Stellenbeschreibung

Italdesign is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Mobility Solutions Business Developer for a new and innovative department dedicated to Mobility Solutions and Smart Cities.

Within a young and smart team, you will have the opportunity to explore, monitor and create/invent Mobility Solutions market.

You will take care about mobility players surveillance and benchmarking; you will identify, generate and funding Mobility Solutions business opportunities expanding the Italdesign service portfolio; you will sustain the Mobility Solutions presence in the communication channels (traditional, social, web).

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage public and/or private founding/venture capitals/crowd sourcing in order to sustain Company development of services and products
  • Mobility market and mobility players monitoring and benchmarking
  • Keep strong business sponsorship and political relations
  • Supervise market trends and technological evolution
  • Actively search for business opportunities, considering internal competences and workload
  • Create new business opportunities in smart cities and mobility fields crossing markets
  • Conduct private/public clients scouting
  • Manage and integrate digital and technological transformations
  • Operate on web (multi channels) to discover needs, requests and possible collaboration to be converted in business opportunities
  • Activate public funding, connection foundations to support the ideation phase of new products (services and objects) and business opportunities
  • Attract, activate and manage the venture capitals on the new mobility products/services
  • Operate on crowd sourcing platform to support the ideation phase of the new mobility products/services
  • Scout, research and promote participation to external challenges and/or hackathons
  • Create a market approach based on customized services and products
  • Promote the multi-channels communication of the smart cities and mobility competences

Anforderungsprofil

  • Competence in innovation and new technology market, in terms of understanding of the ongoing technological transformations and ability to forecast impact on the everyday life
  • Good understanding of the smart cities and future mobility related topics
  • Outstanding ability in clients management (scouting, acquisition, contact)
  • Competence in finding and managing different founding sources (private/public funding, foundations, venture capitals, crowd sourcing, grants, etc)
  • Good knowledge of web and social network, and ability in managing them
  • Good knowledge of the classics and the most innovative tools/means of communication and ability in managing them (i.e. Intranet, Web, SharePoint, newsletter, signage, etc)
  • Expertise in generating services and business proposals
  • Expertise in collecting funding from PE and VC
  • 2-3 years of professional experiences in Business Development and Opportunity scouting

 

Sonstige Informationen

  • Education: Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
  • Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel.
