Italdesign is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Intelligence Specialist who want to join the Sales Department.

The Marketing Intelligence Specialist will guarantee the support to Business Development, proposing the Company services, by monitoring market evolution and internal restitution of market status, in order to develop competitive services within the Open Market for all company Business Unit.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support in defining Italdesign business development strategy
  • Operating to enlarge Client portfolio
  • Individuating and proposing new Customers, creating a complete approaching plan for them
  • Creation feasible marketing plan and offers strategy
  • Support the relationship among the IDG and its Customers
  • Manage the achievement of new opportunities and support customer relationship.
  • Cooperate to manage the budget planning and spending with reference to the expected outputs
  • Cooperating to manage the strategic targets assigned to Business development, measure the progress and steer the deviations
  • Scouting of the Customers evolutionary strategy to anticipate needs
  • Scouting of the competitors market strategy
  • Set up a structured market and competitors analysis based on a regular study of delivering evolutions and trend on a regular base
  • Identifing and developing the priority in terms of new customers and evolving sector to approach
  • Support role in finding the best trade off in case of conflict between performances/boundary conditions, together with all the involved and relevant IDG Units at project level
  • Referring to the different BU (Industrial Design, Design, Engineering, Pre-series Center) develop different international markets and sale of their services worldwide
  • Managing the IDG reporting about Business Development actions progress
  • Managing the information and data exchange inside the project

Anforderungsprofil

  • Knowledge in automotive market development and proven ability in understand its trends and transfer them into possible and profitable business for the Company
  • Organization knowledge: waterfall, scrum, agile approach
  • Expertise in searching and analysing WEB Scenarios relevant to automotive sector in order to deep screen new technologies, enhance stakeholders relationships and agreement for common synergies, develop products and understand industry marketing trends and strategic approach to new technologies
  • Proven experience in Marketing profitability evaluation processes.
  • Proven experience in defining Business Development actions
  • Proven experience in setting up benchmark analysis and evaluations of Companies and relevant Products
  • Expertise in Business opportunity trend search and first evaluation
  •  4-6 year’s experience in Strategic or Product Marketing

 

Sonstige Informationen

  • Education: Economics/Marketing degree or equivalent
  • Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
  • Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel.
