Italdesign is looking for an IT Security Specialist with a good sense of responsibility and customer oriented, who is able to assist the business management with accountability on information security topics, operates in compliance with the rules and standards and strong in promoting innovation.

Responsibilities

• Management of information security risks and communication to stakeholders
• Management of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification audits
• Operating in compliance with the rules and standards
• Supervising the information security accountability and assuring the respect of the rules
• Striving to improve the ISMS continuously
• Active participation at high level meetings and conferences
• Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
• Steer the cloud journey of the Company by ensuring the introduction of cloud solutions, being a point of reference and knowledge as a subject matter expert and actively look for improvement opportunities

• Solid and proved technical IT knowledge and competences (background working with system architecture components, such as networking and software)
• Relevant work experience (at least two years) in information security and technology
• Ability to lead the activities and the team according to necessity and contingent situations
• Ability to perform diverse activities in parallel and respect standards of quality and requested deadlines
• Ability to anticipate and manage problematic situations and provide effective solutions
• Ability to track work in progress and work status within the team and assign priorities
• Ability to develop and maintain secure virtual environments
• Strategic, methodical, logical and detail oriented
• Certifications such as CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISO training or comparable qualifications are a plus

• Education: Computer engineering, Computer Science master's degree or equivalent education
• Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
• Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel.
