Italdesign is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Instutional Relations Specialist for a new and innovative department dedicated to Mobility Solutions and Smart Cities.

Within a young and smart team, you will have the opportunity to generate and sustain the contact with cities and a networking them; you will establish, facilitate and manage relations with public stakeholders (Cities, Public Authorities, Public companies) in order to sponsor company services and products.

You will represent the Company in the public stakeholder meeting and events.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze national and international political trends in order to sponsor company services and products developing strong business sponsorship and political relations
• Develop a customer/stakeholder approach and strategy, assuming that customers are simply focused on one transaction, and not in developing a relation
• Supervise political evolution
• Monitor and analyze political trends and public mechanism
• Cooperate at city, regional, national and international level to recognize political trends, deriving impact on the cities and mobility systems
• Establish, nurture and manage relationships with cities understanding need and trends
• Establish, nurture and manage the relationship with the cities organisms by mapping them in term of authorities and relations
• Scouting and establish a local presence (place by place, through partners) to support the project application
• Establish relation and lobbing with consumers organizations
• Manage the legal and contract aspects when operate with cities and public authorities, in cooperation with Italdesign legal office
• Operate to facilitate the project installation applications by managing political and technical burdens
• Support the risk management in the Public authorities interactions

• Public organization and administration knowledge
• Knowledge on national, European and international politic systems, laws and rights
• Good knowledge of public companies finance mechanisms/Public governance working systems
• Governance system knowledge, with particular focus on Risk management (safety, compliance, etc)
• Lobbing processes
• Competence in lobby public procedures
• Competence in public companies relations
• Contractual knowledge (competence in understanding and writing)
• Competent with economics figures and their management
• 1-2 years of professional experiences in public/private relations management

• Education: Master degree in International Law/Politics or equivalent
• Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
• Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel.
