Italdesign is expanding its engineering activities in the field of development of BMS, BJB and CMC for E-Traction PHEV and BEV Batteries.

Within the E-Traction team will work directly with the customer, representing your team.

Main task is the steering of BMS, CMC and BJB component at HW/SW level for development of series production for PHEV and BEV Batteries, collaborating with the Technical Project Leader and the technical team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure specific and comprehensive communication between the Technical Project Leader and the customer, actively collecting and providing information to the Technical Project Leader in order to guarantee customer satisfaction;
• Responsibility on supplier steering, attending to regular meetings and on-site activities in agreements with customers different departments (all the meeting with customer and suppliers are in German language);
• Preparation of change request form, BOM (bill of material), drawing and part number release, validation and planning documentation according with the customer timing and requirements and in synergy with the team;
• Support the technical project leader for the BMS, BJB and CMC component hardware development and system integration;
• Participation to “on track” activities;
• Deputy of Technical Project Leader when not available.

Key requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the development and maintenance for Automotive projects;
• At least 3 years of experience in change request process and BOM management;
• Competence in HW/SW development process, validation and analysis;
• Experience on understanding customer requirements;

• Take on responsibility, work independently being able to share achievements with the team;
• Previous project management experience with cross-functional team working.

Preferential requirements

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Good knowledge of tools such as Jira, AVON, KVS, AVx.

• Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronic, Electronic, Management Engineering or similar;
• Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English and German are mandatory; knowledge of Italian is a plus;
