Italdesign is looking for a visionary and enthusiastic AI & ML Scientist for a new and innovative department dedicated to Mobility Solutions and Smart Cities.

Within a young and smart team, you will have the opportunity to  support and contribute to the development breakthrough via application of the Artificial Intelligence in the process and activities carried on by the Business Unit.

Responsibilities

• Define applied computational strategy
• Monitor Computational tools evolution and define its impact on techniques, competences
• Supervise market trends and Computational tools evolution to search for new Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques
• Propose actions to improve and evolve the Company competitiveness leveraging on Computational tools and techniques
• With reference to the assigned area/project, analyze and understand the context to extract the key features
• Data sampling, clustering and harmonization
• Big data organization and management
• Define and develop algorithm (via Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or other techniques) to solve the under investigation problem
• Ability to evaluate impact and estimate solutions of Big Data, Analytics and Machine Learning
• Communicates findings to stakeholders using tools like visualization

• Excellent competence in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Good Coding knowledge about Python, R, Scala, Java
• Knowledge on platform and iCloud services
• Good expertise in Big data analysis
• Good knowledge of problem analysis techniques
• Knowledge of innovation and new technology market
• Good knowledge of process re-engineering on math
• Solid competence in collection and management of structured and not structured data
• Competence in computer science
• Communication and Data Visualization skill and ability
• 2-3 years of experience in applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Additional Information

• Education: Master degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or similar
• Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required. Knowledge of German would be appreciated
• Workplace: Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel.
