• Manage IT SAP Team: leadership, management, coordination and development of internal IT SAP Team
• Manage the business relationship, develop an in depth understanding of the business unit needs and priorities
• SAP Service owner: definition of processes, coordination of projects, change management, incidents, licenses, continuous improvements
• Develop and manage SAP budget
• Management of external providers: hosting, basis, application support, consultants

• Minimum 8 years experience in SAP, at least 3 as Team Leader or Project Manager
• Leadership, Communication, Organization skills, analytical way of working
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organization
• Strong technical foundation with deep knowledge of business processes especially in Sales, Logistics, Production&Planning (automotive industry is a plus)
• Ability to understand strategic and business objectives
• Experience in S/4HANA is a plus
• Languages: fluent in English , German and/or Italian
