• Responsible for setting up, developing and managing a global OPEX structure
• Coordination of cross-location projects with the Strategic Supply Chain Management
• Advising transition teams across the regions in the solution process
• Responsible for the optimization of shop floor management, lean leadership and continuous improvement philosophy
• Providing regular reports of transparent and precise KPIs

• Master’s degree in engineering or economics
• At least 10 years experience in the technical field and team management, ideally in automotive industry or complex systems development
• Professional experience in a global environment is a plus
• High communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Language: English a must, good knowledge in German, Italian an advantage
