We are hiring a Senior Credit Analyst in its location in Milan.

Position

Key Responsibilities

· Exercise credit authority, providing credit decisions and sign off on colleague recommendations within assigned credit authority

· Perform credit evaluation and risk analysis for complex transactions across diverse end-user base and local/international vendor applications within own delegated authority or recommend towards Regional Credit Committee

· Complete financial analysis and risk ratings

· Perform analysis on asset, market, legal and contractual risk as a basis for decisions and recommendations

· Perform annual customer and vendor reviews

· Work closely with Legal, Compliance and Asset Management to properly structure and document transactions

· Monitor credit/risk profiles

· Ensure compliance with credit and risk management policies

· Actively participate in meetings with customers and internal members

· Collect customer/vendor information utilizing applicable systems and procedures and assess completeness and topicality of information

· Analyze risk (financial, asset, market, legal, contractual), review customers/end-users, vendors or dealers.

Requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business major preferred

· At least 5 years of credit risk experience

· Fluent English and Italian

· Second foreign language (Spanish, French or German) is a plus

· Solid understanding of vendor risk experience, score card techniques, financial analysis, internal/external regulations, and credit risk management

· Good analytical skills

· Ability to thrive in a networked organization

· Good industry specialization knowledge is a plus

· Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks

· Make data/content driven arguments

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of ERP systems
