Position

The position will lead the Sales Support team and report to the Sales Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze the organization's strengths and weaknesses, and respond to opportunities in the sales environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff engaged in promoting and selling products; oversee the resolution of customer complaints.
  • Develop and manage sales programs in alignment with long and short-term sales strategies; establish training programs for the sales team.
  • Manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals; determine discount rates.

Requirements

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in leading people.
  • Strong knowledge in financial products.
  • Experience with factoring/vendor finance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Proficiency in Spanish is considered a plus
