He/she collaborates with the HS&E Team in defining preventive measures aimed at protecting workers' health and safety. Monitoring company activities, he/she Identifies and evaluates all risk factors and propose solutions and security measures, update HS&E evaluations risk/impact in compliance with existing best practices, standards and law, aimed at eliminating or reducing risks

Main Responsibilities / Activities

He/she contributes to implement the company's Health, Environment and Safety system, consistent with company policies and the annual plan.

Assists the HS&E key roles in monitoring effectiveness in carry out decided actions to protect and prevent risks and impacts

Reports gaps and variances as outcome of specific audit in plans/laws/standards application proposing sustainable solutions

Supports HS&E key roles in continuous monitor of each existing and new risk factors as outcome of companies processes, including changes in organisation, production cycle, etc.

Participates in internal audits and inspections to verify the state of the art in the areas of Health, Environment and Safety and puts in place appropriate preventive and corrective actions in case of non-compliance of the system with the objectives established in the annual plan.

Check all phases of production and distribution of the product / service to ascertain their compliance with the standards set by the existing Health, Environment and Safety system.

Maintains the updating and communication of the Health, Environment and Safety procedures.

He/She fulfills all the requirements necessary to ensure that the products and services provided meet the standards set by the organization in the areas of Health, Environment and Safety, so as to satisfy customers' needs and expectations.

Carries out the necessary checks to ensure that all the standards set by the Health, Environment and Safety System are complied with and applied.

Performs the analysis of statistical data on accidents, accidents, illnesses, etc., proposing corrective actions.

Carries out investigations in the event of accidents and injuries, analyzing in detail problems related to behavior, protective equipment of personnel and machinery.

Identifies emergency situations and prepare a training plan.

First hand care of employee awareness, with the aim of spreading the culture of Health, Environment and Safety in the company.

High school diploma in technical field

At least 3 years of experience in a Health, Environment and Safety Office.
