The person, in the After Sales department, will be able to understand / follow the processes that characterize this type of service.

In particular, in support of the company tutor, she/he will take care of:

• Manage the relationship with the customer, building a solid partnership with him, in order to propose and / or recommend updates on the system, also carrying out technical help desk activities.
• Prepare reports and documentation, also relating to the control of the contract budget
• Constantly collaborate with other departments
• Plan and follow the commissioning phases of the rigs
• Support in the management of construction site personnel

• Diploma or Technical Degree
• Fluency in English
• Good knowledge of the office package
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactivity
• Availability for medium-term business trips
