The resource will be responsible for coordinating ongoing projects, playing an important role as a liaison between the client, the sales function, production, and other project managers.The resource will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing all projects.

Specifically, he/she will need to:

• Establish a development plan for projects (budget, resources, timing, etc.) according to company procedures, monitoring compliance with contractual requirements
• Coordinate the project team created to follow the job order
• Draft project reports and technical documentation
• Manage the relationship with the customer in all phases of the job order

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Energy, Management Engineering, other degrees will be evaluated based on experience
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of specific project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Project Engineering Manager, Project Engineer, Commissioning Manager)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good stress management
• Willingness to travel
