The main activities of the resource, placed in the corporate IT department and, collaborating with the Engineering function, will be as follows:

• Manage the ordinary and extraordinary activities of the company's PLM (Product LifeCycle Management) and CAD software.
• Receive needs and critical issues from users and propose and manage the implementation of innovative/improving solutions for design and product technical documentation
• Manage IT projects concerning the Engineering department, through the support of external partners
• Prepare documentation to support procedures and software usage

• Knowledge of system installation and configuration issues
• Good knowledge of the English language
