In order to strengthen our Logistic's Team, we are seeking an: Order Process Specialist

The production planning system plays a key role in laying between customers and the production system, precisely because it has to ensure that the existing production resources, taking into account their limits and their constraints, are exploited optimality.

Principal Responsabilities:

• supply control, management planning and reorganization programs;
• Control of delivery schedules of suppliers;
• Any reminders or reschedule orders suppliers;
• Deliveries Management ltaly / foreign carriers;
• Loading of purchase orders to the company computer system;
• Resolution of any discrepancies taken into incoming item;
• Quality logistics responsible in support of the quality department.

Essential Qualifications and experience:

• Field of Study: Economy / Management or similar training;
• Minimun 1 Year of experience;
• Fluent knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of Office, in particularly Microsoft Excel;
• Basic knowledge of AS400 program;
• Knowlegde of Automotive Market is a plus;
• Determination, Proactivity, Team working;
