Dayco Aftermarket - Finance 2 new position!

- Controller position is supporting the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets to enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and US GAAP standards.

- The Credit and Collections Analyst gives a baseline appraisal on a customer's pecuniary state and prepare the data useful to authorizes or refuses customer payment extension. A Credit and Collections Analyst is in charge of lowering dire arrears threat, growing the collections for all receivables. The Credit and Collections Analyst reconciles client declaration and billing statistics and communes with all affiliates of the credit department.

FOR CONTROLLER:

Master’s Degree in Economics or Equivalent Title

Minimum # of Years of Experience: 3-4 years in the same position, preferable from BIG4 companies

PC Skills: Office, AS400

Technical Skills with proficiency in desktop applications; financial systems general ledger; Sound knowledge of and fluency in English; excellent analytical capabilities and numerical reasoning

Soft Skills: Customer focused, accurate professional and confident manner; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Team player; anticipates needs and seeks opportunities to assists; working by deadlines and under stress.

FOR CREDIT COLLECTIONS:

Field of Study/Technical Certifications: Economics and Business Management

Minimum # of Years of Experience: 1-2 years in the same position in international companies is preferable

PC Skills: Office

Technical Skills: knowledge of financial statement, English language

Soft Skills: communication, proactivity, problem solving, organization, attention to details
