The new colleague will be reporting to the Head of Group Controlling.

He/she will monitor the business performance ensuring control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of results, comparative analysis and commentary.

Having a good understanding of business drivers, he/she will ensure financial planning processes, capture business impacting events, anticipate changes, seek better practices and contribute to the company as a whole to be successful in its aims.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS:

• Support the enhancement and compliance of Business Finance processes, standards and systems
• Develop performance analysis: define and track financial and non-financial KPIs, through weekly and monthly scorecard reports for the different business units, establish benchmarks and implement indicators improvements
• Support the achievement of short/long-term performance goals and objectives related to sales and marketing projects, selling and general expenses
• Support monthly, quarterly, yearly reporting and analysis (sales, cost analysis, manufacturing variances, etc), in particular:
• Accountancy check and reconciliation
• Check, close and reconcile data coming from other departments (eg: Parts, Used Cars…)
• Upload actual and budget figures into the ERP
• Assist in monthly forecast, annual budget and strategic plans,
• Take part in the preparation of business cases for NPD (New Product Develop).
• Improve the understanding of Operations performance and review the product costing model
• Support the development and implementation of methods, systems and decision-making models

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Management Engineering
• 2 years of experience in industrial multinational group
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
• Has an excellent command of the Office Package (in particular Excel)
• Strong analytical skills
• Consulting experience, not necessary but preferred
