Program Overview
The Graduate Program is a cross-functional initiative that has as a primary focus of developing high-potential graduates in an international, meritocratic and entrepreneurial environment. We created this program to foster future leaders within the Group, and candidates completing the program have shown the ability to successfully develop their professional career paths.
The program has a duration of 18 to 24 months, which will include in-restaurant training and 2 to 3 rotations among different business areas and/or countries.
Throughout the program, you will be exposed to the leaders of our business and have unparalleled networking opportunities both with them and other graduates & team members. You will gain a broad view of our business from outside your initial area of expertise which will help you grow and develop project management and leadership skills.
You will be assigned a mentor, who will coach you personally. Through systematic, quality feedback, you will achieve self-insight (strengths/weaknesses) and improve your self-management in order to achieve your goals.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a select role within one of our business units based on your preferences and our needs. The opportunities include: Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, Operations and Development.

Education and Professional Experience:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Hospitality Management preferred
Minimum 1 year of work experience
Fluent in English and Italian, other European languages highly recommended
Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with reporting tools (BI) is preferred
Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
Excellent project management skills, result-oriented and ability to think out-of-the-box
Personal Requirements:
Available to start in full-time employment / valid EU work permit is mandatory
Willing and able to travel and internationally mobile
Able to analyze strategic concepts, understand business strategy
Able to work independently, resourceful and solution-oriented
Strong communication skills, ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries/cultures
