Scope of the position:
Create value in terms of sales and margins managing the 3 main digital sales channels: app, kiosk and home deliveries. Define and setup all the coordinated actions to bring in traffic and acquire new customers or have recurring customers coming back. Explore digital opportunities in order to create incremental sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make proposal and help implementing the continuous evolution of strategical customer touch points and innovative channels, such as Home Delivery, Kiosks, Mobile App, ecc..
- Coordinate the creative agency in order to set up digital communication strategies for prospect and returning customers developing the campaigns on all digital touchpoints.
- Coordinate the digital media agency to setup different segmentation strategy and acquisition campaign and monitor results
- Being responsible of the digital budget
- Take on responsibility of the customer service and all the post purchase actions.
- Analyse, design and manage CRM and customer loyalty program in order to growth sales, users, and margins.
- Activate all the meaningful ecommerce actions to improve sales performances on digital platforms.
