Position

Il Gruppo Bauli, azienda leader nel settore dei prodotti da ricorrenza e crossainterie, ricerca uno/a Stagista nel ruolo di Junior IT Business Analyst.

La figura inserita all’interno della Direzione IT sarà a supporto del Senior Business Analyst, con lo scopo di garantire alle aree utente di riferimento un costante supporto.

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

  • raccolta requisiti progetti/ evolutive IT e verifica fattibilità richieste
  • analisi per scelta fornitore e macroanalisi
  • supervisione e coordinamento dei progetti (analisi, formazione, user test, attività pre e post go live)
  • gestione interfaccia sistemi
  • stesura technical guide interna
  • supporto gestione criticità

Help Desk (2 e 3 livello) per:

  • supporto utenti interni nelle problematiche attraverso la risoluzione dei ticket
  • correzione errori
  • reportistica/ estrazioni su richiesta

Requirements


  • Padronanza dei sistemi informatici e del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
  • Buona conoscenza orale e scritta della lingua inglese;
  • La conoscenza di SAP anche a livello base sarà considerato un plus.

TITOLO DI STUDIO

Diploma o Laurea triennale/magistrale in Economia, Ingegneria o Informatica.
