Position

Il Gruppo Bauli, azienda leader nel settore dei prodotti da ricorrenza e Croissanterie, ricerca un’ addetto all’ accettazione e controllo delle materie prime.

La figura ricercata sarà inserita all'interno dell’area Assicurazione Qualità e svolgerà le proprie attività di analisi e controllo materie prime in entrata presso lo stabilimento di Castel d'Azzano.

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

  • Accettazione materie prime in ingresso
  • Raccolta campionamenti materie prime in stabilimento
  • Analisi chimico – fisiche di controllo su materie prime e prodotti finiti
  • Svolgere analisi microbiologiche

Requirements

  • Esperienza di 1 o più anni come addetto qualità, in laboratorio di analisi alimentari
  • Diploma di tecnico di laboratorio
  • Conoscenza delle logiche legate alle analisi chimico-fisiche e utilizzo strumenti
  • Conoscenza di microbiologia
  • Pacchetto Office e principali strumenti informatici
  • Capacità di analisi e precisione
