Position

To enhance its team, Artemest is seeking a passionate and experienced Trade Sales Associate to drive substantial revenue growth in North America amongst the Architectural and Interior Design communities. The position is based in California.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Research and attend key industry events to network with the design community in California
  • Assist the Head of Trade and Trade Business Development Manager USA with North America trade events strategy and calendar
  • Proactively research and acquire new members for Artemest Trade program
  • Develop strong relationships with key industry figures whilst maintaining and building existing relationships
  • Generate strong sales whilst guaranteeing exceptional levels of customer experience, assisted by Head Office Customer Service and project management teams
  • To give face-to-face and telephone tutorials to the design community on Artemest unique product assortment, services, customization opportunities, and general value propositions
  • Conversion and reengagement of existing non transactional trade members

Requirements

What we are looking for?

  • 2/3 years’ experience in a sales position within design / luxury manufacturer, retailer or e-commerce / online marketplace
  • Good knowledge of the interior design industry
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly with the design community
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and enthusiasm in interacting with people
  • Highly organized with the ability to plan and prioritize
  • Aesthetical sensibility and passion for e-commerce and luxury products
