Artemest is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales & Interior Design Advisor to enhance its Customer Care Team in Milan. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, passionate about the interior design industry and enjoys interacting with people.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develop design concepts, moodboards, tailor presentations towards clients
• Be a trusted advisor for customers during their whole journey, in particular in the pre-sales and sales phase for bespoke products’ orders and interior decoration
• Provide excellent customer support (in English) through emails, inbound and outbound calls
• Develop strong relationships with B2C and B2B prospects and convert them into loyal customers
• Interact with our network of Italian artisans to negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
• Generate strong sales whilst guaranteeing exceptional levels of customer experience
• Collaborate with other internal Teams (Logistics, Product Management and Technology)
• Continuously evaluate internal processes and propose business development initiatives

Who are we looking for?

• 1+ years experience in a sales and interior design positions gained in design studios or furniture retailer
• University Degree
• Strong passion for Architecture or Interior Design
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) and Italian mother tongue (both written and spoken) is a must
• Good knowledge of the interior design industry
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with the design community
• Able to manage relations and negotiations, with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm in interacting with people
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and enthusiasm in interacting with people
• Highly organized and independent with the ability to plan and prioritize
• Aesthetic sensibility and passion for luxury products and e-commerce
