Position

Artemest is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales & Customer Relationship Specialist to enhance its Customer Care Team in Milan.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, passionate about the interior design industry and enjoys interacting with people.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support (in English) through emails, inbound and outbound calls and live chat to our customers in the US time zone
  • Be a trusted advisor for customers during their whole journey, in particular in the pre-sales and sales phase for bespoke products’ orders
  • Develop strong relationships with B2C and B2B prospects and convert them into loyal customers
  • Interact with our network of Italian artisans to negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
  • Generate strong sales whilst guaranteeing exceptional levels of customer experience
  • Collaborate with other internal Teams (Logistics, Product Management and Technology)
  • Continuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years experience in a sales, customer care or a client-facing position within design / luxury manufacturer, retailer or e-commerce / online marketplace
  • Willingness to work in shifts (day shift from the office from 9am, late shift from home from 5pm)
  • Good knowledge of the interior design industry
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly with the design community
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and enthusiasm in interacting with people
  • Highly organized and independent with the ability to plan and prioritize
  • Aesthetical sensibility and passion for e-commerce and luxury products
  • Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken) is a must
